Confused and frustrated

Hi, I was very touched by your story. I have been searching about twin flames ever since i started getting unexplainable feelings. heart full of love, being love sick and having unexplainable yearning for the one. All this was and still is confusing because I am not in a relationship. Recently, i have started getting chest pressure and most of the times it feels like a presence. It has been getting intense to the point of causing distraction. What is more frustrating is that i think i have met a person who could be my tf, but i didn't get any signs of strong connection or anything else. I just feel at peace with him and I am wondering if it simply my head creating a subject for all these feelings. Can you feel all this when you haven't met your tf? ...christine
